This is the state tree of Illinois. A massive long lived Oak with grace and majesty that is unsurpassed. Choose carefully on where you plant this tree. It does not tolerate wet, compacted soils. And due to its size you want to make sure that you give it plenty of room to grow, so future generations can behold its breathtaking beauty.
