Pre-Order Program Info & Terms
Our new pre-order program allows Whispering Hills to provide our customers with a wider selection of trees and shrubs that may not normally be stocked, while passing some savings along to our customers. Whispering Hills’ customers can now pre-order or “pre-book,” trees and shrubs that are available to us through our suppliers.
Terms
New availabilities will be uploaded every Saturday
All order forms for the current weeks availability need to be submitted by Thursday of that week.
Payment for the order must be made in full once the order is submitted.
Once the order has arrived at the nursery, you have (2 weeks) to come and pick it up.
Any order not picked up within the time window will be placed back into stock.
You will receive a refund, but a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Any canceled orders will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
