Tigertail Spruce (Picea bicolor ‘Howells Dwarf’)

Howell’s Dwarf displays needles with bright, silver-blue undersides, green tops and a tint of yellow on the most exposed surfaces. A flat-topped bush when young, it eventually develops into a pyramidal tree, or you can maintain its flat form by removing upward shoots.
