By signing this form I   am requesting that Whispering Hills Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. deliver materials onto my property.

I hold Whispering Hills Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. and its employees harmless for any damage done to my property or anyone else’s property that I authorize access to.

It is further agreed that I will be responsible in the event that Whispering Hills’ truck or equipment gets stuck or is damaged as a result of my delivery/dump request. I agree to pay any necessary towing/pull out fees plus truck time charged at $50.00 per hour, until the truck or equipment is available for our use. These fees will be collected at the time of the incident.
